The engineer was very professional, nice and polite. Really happy the door now works properly.

Very happy with the engineer that came, he was very thorough and made very little mess which he did clean up.

The first engineer came out on an OOH call-out and didn’t have a tap to replace it with, he later rang the tenant to say someone will be back on Friday to replace the tap which she thought was very nice of him to let her know. Rob went to replace the tap on the Friday and the tenant said she is really happy with the work done.

The engineer was very nice, he stated this job wasn’t what he had come to do but he would try and sort it out. The engineer got on with the job and managed to fix the door by adjusting the hinges and locking mechanism. The tenant said he was very happy with the work done.

The engineer explained what he was doing and kept everything tidy.

Good job done, he quickly fixed the door handle. This was an out-of-hours call-out repair, the engineer only had a white handle and not a gold one like what was on previously, but happy the door now locks from the inside.

One of best trade men I have ever had on time respected my property and my beliefs cleaned up after them self after mess that was made due to the work carried out very professional highly recommended great value for money 100% I would use them again and would recommend you wouldn’t be disappointed with the service I got.
