We use your details only to reply to your enquiry and, if you become a client, to provide our services. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us, or taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.
Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent your information. It is stored securely by the service providers who host our website and email, who act on our instructions.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as needed to deal with them and any follow-up, after which they are deleted, unless they become part of a contract with us.
Your rights
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Contact us to make a request. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
