Planned maintenance

Programmes of work that keep homes in good condition, including kitchen and bathroom replacements, flooring, doors and windows.

Fixing things before they fail

Planned maintenance keeps homes in good condition and reduces the number of repairs residents have to report. We deliver programmes of work in occupied homes, planning each property with the resident so disruption is kept to a minimum.

Most of our planned work happens while people are living in the home, so we agree times in advance, protect furniture and belongings, and clear up at the end of every day.

Resident liaison

Every resident knows what is happening and when

Before work starts we explain the plan, agree dates that suit the household and answer questions. During the work we keep the home protected and tidy, and at the end we check the finished job with the resident.
