Dealing with the cause, not just the symptoms
Damp and mould affect residents' health and wellbeing, and need to be dealt with promptly and properly. Awaab's Law now sets timescales for social landlords to investigate and fix damp and mould hazards, and we help our clients meet those duties by responding quickly and thoroughly.
Treating the visible mould without fixing what causes it means it comes back. We look for the source, whether that is a leak, condensation, poor ventilation or a defect in the building, and then carry out or recommend the repair.
